We enter your property into the multiple listing services so that any real estate agent searching for a house using the parameters that your house meets, will receive your listing and then show it to their clients.  

Any potential buyer who subscribes to any kind of automated search and they plug in the parameters of your home, will also have your listing sent to their computer.  

We write at length about your house and tell people what's great about it, and that gets posted under the photos. We point out the highlights of the area and why it's a great place to live.
