I'm a
professional real estate consultant representing both Buyers and Sellers. I
know the Purchase Agreement contract inside and out, I understand the current
market, am a good negotiator, have patience and a good sense of humor, I pay
attention to the details, and I know the construction trades. All this makes me
a valuable part of any real estate transaction team.
I'm an e-Pro
certified specialist in electronic real estate marketing, a graduate of the
Realtor Institute, a designated Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and a
Referral & Relocation certified agent. I continually add to my education
through extension courses, real estate classes, seminars and conferences. I'm
currently working on web site development using DreamWeaver.
I work with
Home Sellers to get them the greatest return on their investment. I know
how to assess current property values and arrive at a selling price that is
slightly above market value. I know how to market property to the greatest
range of potential Buyers. I'm an experienced photographer and take
professional photos of each home inside and out and upload them to the Internet
(national and international) within 24 hours of listing a home. I have an
easy-exit listing agreement for Sellers who have had a "bad realtor
experience."
I work with
Home Buyers to obtain the maximum amount of house for the least amount of
money. I help obtain a pre-approved loan so that when we make an offer,
it's as good as cash, which gives my Buyer an advantage in a multiple offer
situation.
I thrive in
the area of market research and high-level Internet communications
technology. In other words, I'm a techie engineer!
I'm a pioneer
user of panoramic Virtual Tour technology to showcase properties on CDs
that I make available to my clients and to prospective Buyers. They can take
them home to view on their computer, and forward them to friends and co-workers
who might be interested in the property.
